Delivering your orders
When will I get my coffee?
Our coffee is roasted in smaller batches to ensure best tasting coffee delivered to your door. We will have variable stock levels of freshly roasted coffee depending on the volume of daily orders received per type of roast. This means from your order date and shipping option selected, we endeavour to despatch on the same day or in the same week and deliver within the time frame, however we might be out of stock at that time, and in such case you’ll receive your order from the next fresh roast batch. We’ll aim to communicate this with you.

Where items are unavailable, or out of stock, we will advise customers through the online shop or by email or phone where the details have been provided with an order.
Currently despatching from the UK ONLY
Orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are packed and dispatched on the same day depending on the stock levels. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day (Mondays or Tuesdays if there is a UK Bank Holiday Monday that week).
Our roasting and fulfilment centres in other parts of the world are not ready yet (correct as of 12 January 2021) but as these operations open shipping tariffs and lead times might change for your area.

Royal Mail 24 hours Tracked for up to 2kg - 1 to 2 working days. Postage = £3.90 - £5.00
Royal Mail 48 hours Tracked for up to 2kg - 2 to 3 days. Postage = £2.90 - £4.00
DPD ‘Next Day’ per Parcel up to 3kg - 1 to 2 days. Delivery cost = £6.60 - £9.00
DPD ‘Next Day’ per Parcel 4 to 15kg - 1 to 2 days. Delivery cost = £7.20 to £11.00
DPD ‘Next Day’ per Parcel 16kg< - 1 to 2 days. Delivery cost = £7.20 to £11.00 + additional £0.30 per additional kilogram
EUROPE, WORLD ZONE, 1, 2 & 3
We use the Track & Signed service from Royal Mail and delivery time is different for each country. We trust the service to get your order to you, and it can at times take between 5 to 21 days for some countries from despatch date. Cost can be seen for your area in the ‘Shipping’ section during checkout. As we grow we will open more operations around the world and shipping cost will be different and your order will be dispatched from our nearest fulfilment centre. Products might be slightly different per area to best service the taste profile preference for that area.
*Brexit might also affect delivery time as it might take longer to clear customs.
Can we ship it to your country?
The onus is on you to make sure you can import our coffee to your country. Customs have strict importing regulations and can change suddenly without notice, which are outside our control. This can cause problems when trying to ship our coffee to customers in countries especially Russia, Qatar, Mexico, some of the countries in Africa and the Middle East. For the list of countries we cannot currently ship to, please contact us.
